§ 1– Vertragspartner, Einbeziehung der AGB

§ 6 – Entgelte, Rechnungsstellung, Zahlungsverzug
The contact form integrated on the website of the data controller is used to send messages to a selected dealer. The personal data provided is transmitted to the selected dealer in encrypted form exclusively for this purpose. The personal data is stored in the systems of the controller until the merchant contacted has responded to the message. Further processing by the controller does not take place. The use of this form is voluntary. By using it, you therefore consent to the processing of your personal data in the form described in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time.
§ 7 – Vertragslaufzeit, Kündigung
As part of events, we may create photo and video recordings and audio recordings for public relations work within the affiliated group and for marketing purposes of E/D/E, in which individual participants and participant groups of the event will be recognizable or audible, e.g., in the context of group pictures, discussion situations or interviews.
